The Corporate Recruiter supports organizational growth by delivering full-cycle recruiting solutions and partnering closely with HR and business leaders to attract and hire top talent across key functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles within Services and other critical functions.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to align hiring efforts with organizational goals.
- Build and enhance Talent Acquisition capabilities through effective processes, technology, and relationships.
- Recruit successfully across functions such as Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales.
- Continuously improve recruiting practices using a consultative, customer-focused approach.
- Contribute to a collaborative TA and HR team through knowledge sharing and teamwork.
- Demonstrate ownership, ethics, accountability, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Experience in high-volume recruiting preferred.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and present insights to support recruiting decisions.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of full-cycle recruiting experience; agency and corporate experience preferred.
