Job Overview
Senior HR Manager – Services LLC (NACF PXT). You will be onsite at an Amazon facility and lead the end‑to‑end employee experience, partner with business leaders, and drive HR strategies across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities- Own and create sustainable HR strategies that improve attrition, attendance, and engagement, setting a clear vision for the HR team.
- Model, train, and coach behavioral expectations; hold HR and operational teams accountable for timely resolution of concerns and service excellence.
- Partner with leaders on people decisions, providing coaching and feedback to improve hiring, retention, development, and performance.
- Establish partnerships with specialized HR functions and shared services (e.g., compensation, staffing, recruiting); challenge the status‑quo and scale solutions.
- Collaborate with site and regional leadership to align site priorities with broader goals, focusing on diversity & inclusion, employee experience, and talent management.
- Drive adoption of change initiatives, removing barriers to change adoption and balancing automation with human judgment.
- Lead optimization of HR technology solutions—automation, analytics, and AI—to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- 7+ years of HR leadership or 7+ years of leadership in operations, customer service, retail, distribution, logistics, healthcare, hospitality, or manufacturing.
- Experience supporting hourly, front‑line, and salaried populations.
- Experience analyzing HR data and translating metrics into actionable workforce strategies.
- Experience leading employee‑focused processes such as onboarding, benefits, investigations, training, or talent management.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Master’s degree or MBA.
- 5+ years of progressive HR leadership with expanding scope and responsibility.
- Knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and compliance requirements.
- Experience managing complex employee relations and organizational health initiatives.
- Expertise in full‑cycle talent management, including workforce planning, acquisition, performance, leadership development, succession, and organizational effectiveness.
- Track record of building and developing high‑performing HR and/or operations teams.
- Experience leading successful HR initiatives in fast‑paced operational environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to influence, communicate effectively, and manage conflict.
- Ability to advance technology initiatives—including AI integration— to drive operational excellence.
- Experience partnering with, coaching, and guiding senior leaders as a strategic HR business partner.
