We are seeking an ambitious and driven Talent Recruiter to help identify, attract, and place top talent for our clients. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys building relationships, thinking creatively, and finding candidates through both traditional and innovative recruiting methods.

Responsibilities
  • Source, recruit, and screen candidates for open positions
  • Conduct phone interviews and candidate assessments
  • Proactively build talent pipelines through job boards, networking, referrals, and social media
  • Make outbound recruiting calls to engage passive and active candidates
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate records and recruiting activity within company systems
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify hard-to-find talent
  • Manage multiple requisitions while meeting hiring deadlines
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications
  • Previous recruiting, staffing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting phone interviews
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
  • Ability to think outside the box and solve problems creatively
  • Experience with recruiting platforms, job boards, and social media recruiting is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer applications
