In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring leaders to identify, engage, and attract top-tier talent-both through creative digital sourcing and impactful in-person interactions. You'll bring a sharp understanding of evolving hiring trends and labor regulations, ensuring our approach remains competitive, compliant, and forward-thinking.

As a key contributor to our people strategy, you won't just fill roles-you'll elevate the entire recruitment experience. From optimizing processes to enhancing candidate engagement, your insights will help shape how we attract and retain the best talent in the industry.

** How you create impact*
* + Manage end-to-end recruiting operations, including creating requisitions, posting roles, and optimizing job board strategy to drive applicant flow

+ Identify and implement effective sourcing channels and local advertising tactics to attract qualified talent

+ Partner with hiring managers to support candidate selection and ensure timely, efficient onboarding processes

+ Lead the planning and execution of virtual and on-site hiring events, including logistics, promotion, and candidate engagement

+ Serve as the primary candidate contact while enhancing employer branding, managing recruitment tools (Success Factors), and ensuring a seamless candidate experience

** What we would like you to bring*
* -    Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent work experience.

-    2-5 years of experience as a full lifecycle recruiting specialist

-    2 years experience in high volume recruitment

-    2 years experience with sourcing candidates using tools like Linked In, Indeed, Zip Recruiter

-    2 years experience with ATS ( ie. Successfactors, Workday)

-    1 year experience working with a CRM ( ie. Fountain, Avature)
