Location: Germany
Linical Europe is seeking a Senior Director of Human Resources for the Western Region to shape and execute people strategies across Europe and the US. This pivotal role requires strategic insight, HR operational excellence, and managing complex HR processes with Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR.
The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in an HR Business Partner or Director capacity. A strong understanding of local employment laws and experience in the CRO/pharma industry are essential.
