Your Contribution
  • Point of contact and support for employees regarding professional and personal questions related to their employment (e.g., working time models, compensation, conflict resolution)
  • Support employees in both office and production areas, including onboarding, use of ESS (Employee Self Service) and shared services, as well as implementation of country‑specific HR processes (e.g., BEM – company reintegration management, ATZ – partial retirement)
  • Promote “help for self‑help” in the use of digital HR services and applications
  • Conduct and coordinate recruiting activities for direct employees as well as indirect production‑related roles
  • Act as an interface with other HR functions such as HR Business Partners, Service Centers, and Competence Centers
  • Collaborate with the works council to clarify labor law and co‑determination matters
  • Provide support for various management and stakeholder requests, for example during audits and reviews
Your Experience and Qualifications
  • Completed degree or comparable qualification plus additional training and solid professional experience in the HR environment
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and works constitution law as well as HR processes
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and conflict resolution capability
  • Confident use of HR systems (SAP HCM, Success Factors) and MS Office
  • Fluent German (written and spoken);
    English skills are an advantage
