Location: Blanchester

As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting a positive employee experience and helping ensure HR programs run smoothly and consistently. This is an excellent opportunity for an early‑career HR professional to gain broad exposure across core HR functions while learning from experienced HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day‑to‑day HR support, including workforce planning, employee relations inquiries, talent processes, and organizational initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with leaders and team members to understand business needs and connect them to appropriate HR resources.
  • Support leaders by preparing materials, gathering information, and assisting with performance management and employee engagement activities as assigned by the HR Manager.
  • Assist in coordinating talent development processes for team members, ensuring consistency, visibility, and accurate documentation.
  • Partner with the HR Manager on key initiatives such as reporting, HRIS operations, events, investigations, and mediations.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support HR and business decision‑making.
  • Support onboarding of new employees.
  • Support employee training.
  • Support full‑time and temporary staffing needs.
  • Support the rollout of development pathways, capability frameworks, and career progression tools.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and contribute ideas that promote a strong culture of learning and continuous improvement.
  • Support the consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Assist with enterprise‑wide HR projects and initiatives, providing coordination and follow‑through as needed.
  • Support change‑management efforts by preparing communications, tracking actions, and assisting leaders during organizational changes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent early‑career HR experience).
  • Internship, co‑op, or 1–2 years of experience in human resources or a related role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, customer‑focused approach.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and translate information into clear insights.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and develop within the HR field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with Workday, LMS platforms, or SharePoint is a plus but not required.
