SOCCo, located in Piketon, Ohio, is seeking a Labor Relations Principal to oversee the contractual interactions between the Contractor and employees. This role requires strong leadership, compliance management, and effective communication.
The ideal candidate will support management in day-to-day operations of the labor relations team and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and CBAs. Candidates must be prepared to maintain positive employee relations and handle complex duties related to labor relations.
