Continental is seeking an HR & Internal Communications Intern for the Conti Tech team in Fairlawn, Ohio. This hands-on role involves supporting recruitment processes, assisting with onboarding, and engaging employees through events and communications.
The ideal candidate will be enrolled in a relevant degree program for another 12 months, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and maintain a GPA of 2.8 or higher. The internship requires a minimum of 24 hours of commitment per week.
