Position: HR Generalist (m/f/d), Part-time
Location: Germany

with experience in a comparable position based at our Aholming Location.

As an HR Generalist (m/f/d), part-time (approx. 50%), you will be responsible for the efficient and compliant execution of all employee lifecycle processes. Through professional support and advisory services for all stakeholders, you will make a significant contribution to employee satisfaction and retention.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruiting process, including job postings, applicant management, and candidate pre-selection
  • Coordinating and conducting interviews
  • Establishing and further developing onboarding processes
  • Supporting initiatives to strengthen the employer brand
  • Employee Support & Communication
    • Serving as the first point of contact for employees on general HR-related topics
    • Supporting internal communication on HR matters
    • Contributing to the development and implementation of HR processes
    • Advising managers on labor law and HR-related issues
  • HR Administration
    • Maintaining and managing personnel files (digital and physical)
    • Handling onboarding and offboarding processes
    • Supporting preparatory payroll activities
  • HR Controlling & Reporting
    • Maintaining HR metrics and preparing reports
    • Supporting the creation of presentations and analyses
  • Completed commercial training or a degree with a focus on Human Resources
  • Additional training in HR (e.g. CAS HR, systemic coaching certification) is an advantage
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources
  • Solid knowledge of German labor law
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
  • Open-minded personality with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with people
  • Excellent communication skills in German
  • Additional language skills (e.g. English) are an advantage
