Job  |  Services LLC. The HR Partner role on the AMZL People eXperience and Technology (PXT) team supports PXT operations through consistent standard work execution, relationship‑building, and timely issue resolution. With a visible presence across site operations, the HR Partner fosters team culture, supports engagement, and coaches leaders on PXT practices to create a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a positive employee experience by executing key programs, reinforcing workplace standards, and partnering with PXT and Operations to create a culture where employees feel valued, heard, and supported.
  • Execute standard work with consistent quality and timeliness, meeting established service level agreements (SLAs) and maintaining accurate documentation of HR processes and employee interactions.
  • Provide frontline employee support by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring appropriate resolution or escalation of employee matters.
  • Assist in running and monitoring feedback channels such as round tables, floor walks, and employee engagement activities, and support issue tracking and follow‑up.
  • Coach frontline leaders on behaviors that impact engagement and retention, reinforce expectations, and guide leaders in using available tools to improve team communication, recognition, and performance conversations.
  • Support the execution of site‑level engagement, communication, and culture‑building initiatives, coordinate logistics, gather feedback, and monitor effectiveness.
  • Track and summarize PXT‑related data (e.g., attrition, attendance trends, hiring data, employee sentiment) and help prepare insights for site reviews or team discussions.
  • Promote the use of self‑service tools to resolve routine employee and manager questions, identify recurring gaps, and elevate opportunities to improve tool usability or adoption.

A typical day involves balancing standard work execution with responsive employee support. The HR Partner maintains a consistent presence on the operations floor, engages directly with hourly employees, and partners with leaders to address concerns and drive engagement initiatives while ensuring quality service delivery and building trust through personal interaction.

Basic Qualifications
  • Experience handling confidential information.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience communicating effectively with diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in HR, Management, Business, Labor Relations, Psychology, or related field.
  • Experience in customer service or people‑facing roles with effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze information, solve problems, and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, v‑lookups, formulas).
  • Proficiency in using AI‑powered tools, HR analytics platforms, and emerging technologies to derive insights and drive process improvements.
  • Ability to train, guide, and support others in using various HR technologies and digital platforms to increase user adoption and enhance end‑user experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver results in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
  • Experience building partnerships and collaborating effectively across teams, demonstrating adaptability and autonomy.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and navigate ambiguous situations with limited direction.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and policies.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and resourcefulness.

Location:

USA - OH, Lockbourne. Salary range: $51,300.00 – $89,800.00 USD annually.
