Location

Jackson Center, OH
Pay
: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule
:
Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM
We are seeking a skilled recruiter to support a fast-paced warehouse operation. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and building strong talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions
- Execute recruiting strategies for a variety of roles
- Conduct phone screens and interviews
- Coordinate interview scheduling and communication
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Source talent using job boards and social media platforms
- Full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in light industrial staffing
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Proven ability to build professional relationships
- E-Verify
- Drug test
- 7-year background check
