Vroomly is an all-in-one digital platform that connects garages with their clients and suppliers. With more than 6,000 active garages, Vroomly allows you to easily manage daily activities (quotes, customers, parts orders) from a single platform, with access to more than 2.5 million references.

Convinced that garages are essential to everyone's mobility, we have a simple mission: to save them time with simple and effective tools.

Profitable since July 2025, Vroomly continues to grow and expand internationally. The team now consists of more than 120 employees, distributed between:

  • Paris (product, marketing, purchasing, supply)
  • Lisbon (operations, sales, care)

Today, 70+ Vroomers work there, mainly in teams in contact with our customers, Sales & Customer Experience.

We are accelerating our expansion in the French market and will soon open the Spanish market. To support this growth and find our gems, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist focus Sales.

Your Missions
  • Define the recruitment strategy: understand the teams' challenges, prioritize needs with managers, and build a solid roadmap.
  • Lead the KPIs like a pro: time-to-hire, conversion rate, channel efficiency… everything to sharpen our processes continuously.
  • Boost our attractiveness: implement actions to attract the best profiles, automate the search, organize impactful events.
  • Care for the candidate experience: from the first message to onboarding, we want a smooth, human journey reflecting Vroomly.
  • Manage strategic recruitments directly: C-level, managers, niche profiles…
  • Make our employer brand shine: create and deploy a real HR communication plan, with campaigns that speak to our targets.
  • Structure a solid onboarding: work with teams to ensure each new talent has a seamless integration.
  • Activate the cooptation: internal, external, anything to activate our best ambassadors.
  • Improve the process continuously: train recruitment leads, review our scorecards, challenge the existing. Nothing is set in stone, everything is improvable.
Profile Sought
  • You have significant experience in Talent Acquisition (3 to 5 years minimum) preferably in Sales positions.
  • You have already experienced hyper-growth environments and wish to evolve in a fast-paced and challenging setting.
  • You have an excellent level of ambition in your recruitments.
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit: you are proactive, you know how to manage projects and implement processes.
  • You position yourself as a true Business Partner and you know how to exchange, challenge, and advise Hiring Managers.
  • You are recognized for your relationship skills, your sense of listening, and your curiosity.
  • You are rigorous, organized, and you can work on several projects at the same time.
  • You embody the values of Vroomly (Expertise, Transparency, Proximity), essential because you will be the first point of contact between Vroomly and candidates!
  • Our international development is imminent. Mastery of French and English is indispensable (proficiency in Spanish is a big plus).
