Vroomly is an all-in-one digital platform that connects garages with their clients and suppliers. With more than 6,000 active garages, Vroomly allows you to easily manage daily activities (quotes, clients, parts orders) from one platform, with access to more than 2.5 million references.

  • Paris (product, marketing, procurement, supply)

Job Description

We are looking for our future Talent Acquisition Specialist Intern to join the TAS team in Lisbon starting July 2026.

You will be responsible for the recruitment and follow-up of Vroomly’s interns and trainees. You will progressively work on the recruitment of permanent profiles.

We will train and support you on our tools and recruitment techniques to allow you to become autonomous, versatile, and to develop your skills.

Your Missions
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish for interns/trainees (and progressively for permanent positions):
    • Define and understand the managers’ needs.
    • Implement the recruitment strategy adapted to each need (sourcing, candidate pool, networking, social networks, school strategy, etc.).
    • Write and publish job ads on our various job boards.
    • Select the best CVs and conduct the first video interview.
    • Accompany candidates and managers throughout the process: scheduling interviews, feedback to candidates, etc.
    • Ensure a qualitative and consistent candidate experience in line with our values.
  • Ensure a great integration for new arrivals: welcome email, support with administrative management, participation in the creation of integration initiatives.
  • Develop Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand projects:
    • Set up and animate a candidate pool.
    • Develop school relationships.
    • Create co-optation challenges.
    • Ideas and initiatives to improve the candidate experience and strengthen the employer brand.

Profile Sought
  • You are a student in HR, business school, or equivalent training (Bac+4/5).
  • You have a great relationship, a sense of listening, and a true commercial fiber.
  • You are rigorous and organized, and you like to lead your missions/projects independently.
  • You are proactive and versatile.
  • You have a good team spirit, good mood, and a positive attitude.
