Vroomly is an all-in-one digital platform that connects garages with their clients and suppliers. With more than 6,000 active garages, Vroomly allows you to easily manage daily activities (quotes, clients, parts orders) from one platform, with access to more than 2.5 million references.

Convinced that garages are essential to everyone’s mobility, we have a simple mission: to save them time with simple and effective tools.

Profitable since July 2025, Vroomly continues to grow and expand internationally. The team now consists of more than 120 employees, distributed between:

• Paris (product, marketing, procurement, supply)
• Lisbon (operations, sales, care)

Today, 70+ Vroomers work there, mainly in the teams in contact with our clients, Sales & Customer Experience, making it an ideal environment to grow quickly.

We are looking for our future Talent Acquisition Specialist Intern to join the TAS team in Lisbon starting July 2026.

You will be responsible for the recruitment and follow-up of Vroomly’s interns and trainees. You will progressively work on the recruitment of permanent profiles.

We will train and support you on our tools and recruitment techniques to allow you to become autonomous, versatile, and to develop your skills.

• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish for interns/trainees (and progressively for permanent positions):
• Define and understand the managers’ needs.
• Implement the recruitment strategy adapted to each need (sourcing, candidate pool, networking, social networks, school strategy, etc.).
• Write and publish job ads on our various job boards.
• Select the best CVs and conduct the first video interview.
• Accompany candidates and managers throughout the process: scheduling interviews, feedback to candidates, etc.
• Ensure a qualitative and consistent candidate experience in line with our values.
• Ensure a great integration for new arrivals: welcome email, support with administrative management, participation in the creation of integration initiatives.
• Develop Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand projects:
• Set up and animate a candidate pool.
• Develop school relationships.
• Create co-optation challenges.
• Ideas and initiatives to improve the candidate experience and strengthen the employer brand.

• Recruitment software:
  Teamtailor, Linked In Recruiter, Welcome to the Jungle
• Internal tools:
  Notion, Slack, Google Suite
• Interaction with all teams and their managers

• You will work on the challenges of our two offices:
  Paris and Lisbon.
• Recruitment will no longer be a secret for you: we will train and support you to become autonomous and expert on methods and tools as well as on key skills!
• You will be part of the team in full and have a real impact on the success of the teams and the development of Vroomly.
• The list of missions is not definitive: you will be able to work on many great projects according to your interests and all your ideas are welcome!

• You are a student in HR, business school, or equivalent training (Bac+4/5).
• You have a great relationship, a sense of listening, and a true commercial fiber.
• You are rigorous and organized, and you like to lead your missions/projects independently.
• You are proactive and versatile.
• You have a good team spirit, good mood, and a positive attitude.

• First experience in recruitment (internship, apprenticeship, academic project…)
• An appetite for startup environments

• Internship based in our offices in Lisbon
• A monthly remuneration of 1000€ gross
