We are looking for a HR Manager Iberia for the opening of our automated site in Noblejas. You will accompany our growth in Spain and Portugal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the selection processes in coordination with hiring managers
- Deploy the training and development policy at the site
- Manage personnel administration and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Monitor and analyze HR KPIs and propose improvement actions
- Support workforce planning and career development initiatives
- Validate salary variables and oversee payroll accuracy
- Manage labor relations, including communication with employee representatives
- Act as a liaison with external stakeholders (occupational health, labor authorities, etc.)
- Support organizational and people issues in Iberia, including periodic presence in Portugal
The position is located in Noblejas.
Who We Are Looking For:
Proven experience in a generalist HR role (HR Manager or similar). Experience in industrial, logistics, or operational environments is valued. Solid knowledge of labor relations and HR processes. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and growing organization. Advanced level of Excel. Professional level of English (minimum B2/C1). Availability to travel internationally regularly.
