Context of Your Missions
Within the HR department of the Research and Innovation Center (CRI) at Hutchinson, you will join a team of 5 people. You will work on various HR themes such as recruitment, personnel administration, and training.
Your Main Missions
- Pilot recruitment campaigns for internships and alternance:
- Create communication materials, launch and deploy internship and alternance campaigns for the entire CRI.
- Support managers in their recruitments.
- Conduct HR recruitment interviews in coordination with managers.
- Be active in the integration of new employees.
- Perform individual follow-up of the alternance and their tutor throughout the contract.
- Anticipate internal mobility of alternance.
- Manage personnel administration:
- Draft all internship agreements, apprenticeship contracts, and professionalization contracts.
- Manage the administrative files of interns and alternance.
- Support on training and deployment of the skills development plan
- Participate in all other missions necessary for the smooth operation of the HR Service
Your Profile
You have a level BAC +3 in Human Resources or Business Administration and you are looking for an alternance in the field of Human Resources as part of the preparation of a BAC +4/BAC +5.
You have skills in recruitment. Legal knowledge would be a plus.
You are meticulous, proactive, attentive, and have a sense of confidentiality.
You are comfortable communicating orally and in writing and you enjoy working in a team.
