Human Resources Analyst

The Human Resources Analyst will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the HR department, including managing employee data, supporting recruitment and selection processes, and assisting in the administration of benefits and compensation. Responsibilities of the Position:

• Maintain and update employee records in the HR information system (HRIS).
• Support the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Collaborate in the administration of benefits and compensation programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and current legislation.
• Prepare reports and human resources data analysis for decision making.
• Assist in the implementation of human resources policies and procedures.
• Support the coordination of training and development programs for employees.
• Answer employee inquiries on human resources topics.
• Participate in special projects of the HR department as needed.

Qualifications of the Position:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar HR position.
• Solid knowledge of Mexican labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) is an advantage.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in an organized, detail-oriented manner with a high degree of confidentiality.
• Skill in working independently and as part of a team.
• Proactivity and problem-solving skills.
