Senior Human Resources Business Partner
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. This position serves as a strategic consultant to management and employees on human resource-related issues. The successful candidate will act as an employee champion and change agent. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, communicating needs proactively within our HR department and business management, and seeks to develop integrated solutions.
The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
Education Requirements and
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business or related discipline required.
- SHRM Certified Professional or PHR credential preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role, supporting a multi facility operation preferable within a manufacturing environment but not required.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
