HR Associate Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and employee-focused HR Associate Specialist to join our HR Employee Services team. In this role you will be responsible for providing support to employees on a wide range of HR-related topics, collaborating with other HR teams, and contributing to a positive employee experience through consistent and effective service delivery.
Responsibilities- Employee Lifecycle Support:
Process employee lifecycle changes such as onboarding, job changes, and terminations in line with established procedures and service levels. - HR Systems & Data Integrity:
Maintain accurate records of employee interactions and resolutions in the HR service platform ensuring compliance, and alignment with global HR policies. - Employee Inquiries & Case Management:
Support internal employees on HR policies, procedures, and general inquiries through the HR case management system. - Ensure timely and accurate handling of employee requests in accordance with internal standards and service levels.
- Coach & train new team members by sharing knowledge, best practices, and acting as a resource for HR procedures.
- Assist in reviewing, maintaining, and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure adherence to European labor laws, company policies, and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR), while maintaining accurate documentation. Supports internal and external audits, and is responsible for compliance based filings. - Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization:
Identify inefficiencies in HR service delivery, propose solutions, and support the implementation of process enhancements and automation initiatives. - Collaboration with HR Stakeholders:
Work closely with other HR teams such as HR Business Partners, CoEs, and external vendors to ensure alignment and consistency in employee services across multiple countries.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or HR generalist.
- Experience working in a multinational environment, supporting multiple countries.
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, Service Now) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels.
- Has a customer service mindset.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch) are highly desirable.
