** About the Role
** We are seeking a motivated and experienced
** HR Team Lead
** to join our organization and play a key role in driving HR excellence across the business. In this role, you will lead operational HR processes, support strategic organizational development, and serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers.
The ideal candidate brings strong HR expertise, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build a positive employee experience while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation.

* Key Responsibilities:

** HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
*** Oversee staffing processes to ensure the right talent in the right roles.
* Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, including conducting meaningful exit interviews and providing actionable feedback.
* Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, ensuring employee understanding of rights, benefits, and entitlements.
* Maintain accurate HR data and company records (e.g., org charts, databases).
* Manage all aspects of employee absences, sickness monitoring, and right-to-work compliance.### ###
** Employee Relations & Performance
*** Build strong staff relationships and respond promptly to queries.
* Guide and coach managers through disciplinary matters and performance management processes.
* Support annual performance cycles, including 360° feedback, appraisals, and succession planning.
* Collaborate with line managers to address development needs and support career growth.### ###
** Compensation, Benefits & Payroll
*** Administer employee benefits and benchmark offerings to ensure competitiveness.
* Oversee payroll, annual salary reviews, and structural job evaluations.### ###
** Compliance, Policies & Reporting
*** Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain the company handbook.
* Stay current on employment law updates and communicate changes across the business.
* Prepare workforce reports, including diversity metrics, headcount statistics, and disaster recovery reports.
* Serve as the main contact for GDPR implementation and compliance.### ###
** Organizational Support
*** Assist in organizational change initiatives and promote core business objectives.
* Conduct HR and legislative presentations during employee induction.
* Handle General Affairs, administrative duties, and office management tasks supporting business operations.## ##
** Required Experience & Qualifications
*** Minimum
** 5 years of HR experience**; experience in the
** pharmaceutical industry
** preferred.
* Bachelor’s degree in
** Management
* * or related field preferred.
* Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
* Experience managing benefits, HR programs, and payroll processes.## ###
