Regulatory Compliance Specialist, HR Generalist / Talent Management

Position Description
As HR Business Partner, you will support Qcells’ Technology Group by partnering with business leaders and delivering high-quality HR support across the Thalheim R&D Center. You will combine advisory responsibilities with hands‑on execution, ensuring effective HR processes, strong employee experience, and compliance with German regulations in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary HR Business Partner for assigned client groups, advising leaders on day‑to‑day people topics
- Deliver hands‑on HR support across the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, global mobility, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compensation processes
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure consistent and efficient HR service delivery
, driving continuous improvement through best practices and digital solutions - Support and implement global Technology HR initiatives locally
- Monitor employee sentiment and organizational trends
, providing insights and escalating key topics to HR leadership - Ensure compliance with German labor law and maintain high standards of HR operations
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience
- Solid knowledge of German labor law and HR practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluent German and English
