REWE Group sucht im Bereich Talent Acquisition einen engagierten Praktikanten/in zur Mitgestaltung innovativer HR-Konzepte. Du arbeitest im Team, erarbeitest Konzepte und begleitest Prozesse von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung.
Dabei verantwortest du Tests, dokumentierst neue Abläufe und betreust Kunden im Umgang mit HR-Systemen;
Kenntnisse in SAP Success Factors und SAP HCM sind von Vorteil. Du lernst durch Anwendung und Administration komplexer Systeme in einem Konzernumfeld.
