Regulatory Compliance Specialist, HRIS Specialist, HR Generalist / Talent Management
- Respond to general benefit inquires by email, phone, and UKG/ticketing system.
- Process new hire and qualifying life event benefit enrollments, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Work with benefit vendors to resolve eligibility or enrollment issues and file feed interruptions.
- Assist with benefit billing reconciliations including reviewing invoices, resolving discrepancies with vendors.
- Maintain accurate employee benefit records in HRIS including benefit eligibility status changes and benefit plan audits.
- Prepare and send benefits communications and assist with new hire benefits administration.
- Run and distribute benefits related reports for HR partners, managers, and benefit vendors.
- Assist with new hire benefits administration.
- Support leave administration by monitoring requests and assisting with communications to associates, managers, and third party leave provider.
Prior experience/qualifications:
- 1-3 years of benefits administration or HR experience.
- Experience working with HRIS systems (UKG preferred).
- Experience with benefit eligibility, enrollments, and auditing.
- Attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
