Regulatory Compliance Specialist, HR Generalist / Talent Management
Location: Southington
Human Resources Manager
Tangible partner to managers, you will pilot HR topics in your area and contribute actively to the development of employees as well as the performance of the organization. You will ensure the implementation of the Group's HR strategy while guaranteeing a quality social climate and compliance with current regulations.
How you will do it:
In the scope of your missions, you will notably:
- Support managers on a daily basis and ensure good practices in human resources management, internal communication, social relations, labor law, organization, and working conditions.
- Deploy and promote the Group's HR policies, processes, and tools among teams and managers in your area.
- Prepare and participate in relations with staff representatives and different representative bodies, ensuring a constructive social dialogue.
- In collaboration with the Payroll team, ensure the reliability and proper execution of payroll and personnel administration processes.
- In collaboration with the Recruitment team, contribute to the integration of new talents and the adequacy of recruitments with the company's needs.
- Contribute actively to transformation projects and continuous improvement of HR practices.
What we are looking for:
Holder of a higher education degree in Human Resources or equivalent, you have at least 10 years of experience in a general HR function, ideally acquired in an international environment or a multi-site group.
You are recognized for your autonomy, your sense of organization, and your ability to influence and rally various stakeholders in a cross-functional context.
With excellent interpersonal skills and a strong capacity for adaptation, you can evolve with agility in transforming environments and are oriented towards finding solutions.
Comfortable with social law and social relations issues, you can advise managers, secure HR decisions, and actively participate in maintaining a quality social dialogue.
Your English is fluent, both written and spoken.
