- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology.
- At least 8 years of HR experience.
The HRBP – Manufacturing functions as an internal HR consultant, supporting the Manufacturing function in building a strong talent pipeline through recruitment at all levels. The role provides strategic guidance to line management and the Head of HR on talent strategies, while ensuring governance, compliance, and risk management. It is responsible for maintaining a continuous supply of high-quality talent across the organization.
As a strategic link between HR and the business, the HRBP embeds long‑term HR development and management practices, enabling business functions to achieve their goals.
- Chemical Engineer degree.
- 9+ years of relevant experience in process engineering within oil & gas, refining, petrochemical, or fertilizer industries.
The Manager Process Utilities is responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient utilities operations to support plant production, while optimizing energy usage and variable costs. The role focuses on performance monitoring, utilities planning, and continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, the role ensures compliance with HSE and process safety requirements, supports budgeting and CAPEX initiatives, and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to maintain stable and sustainable plant operations.
Requirements– Manager Agronomy
- B.Sc. (Hons) / M.Sc. (Hons) in Agricultural Sciences.
The Manager Agronomy will lead agronomic innovation, market intelligence, and R&D initiatives to strengthen the company’s product and technology pipeline. The role drives digital agriculture solutions and oversees large‑scale soil, water, and fertilizer diagnostics to ensure the delivery of high‑quality insights for growers. Additionally, the role manages laboratory operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and leads farmer engagement programmes to support market development and capability building.
