On-Site Supervisor
Surge Staffing is seeking an organized, customer-focused, and motivated On-Site Supervisor to manage the day-to-day staffing operations for one of our key client locations. This role is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, supporting temporary employees, coordinating workforce needs, and maintaining accurate administrative processes.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 2:00pm-11:00pm
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills, experience in staffing or workforce management, and the ability to build positive relationships with both clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary on-site contact for the client and temporary workforce.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and employees.
- Recruit, onboard, and match qualified candidates to meet client staffing needs.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and overall performance.
- Maintain regular communication with client representatives regarding staffing requirements and workforce concerns.
- Process new hire documentation, including background checks, Form I-9s, and E-Verify.
- Assist with Workers' Compensation claims and employee incident reporting.
- Reconcile vendor invoices and maintain accurate records.
- Complete required administrative tasks and reporting in a timely manner.
- Support employee engagement, coaching, and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client expectations, and employment regulations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- 1–2 years of supervisory experience or 3–5 years of customer service experience required.
- Staffing, recruiting, human resources, or workforce management experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities with attention to detail.
- Experience processing background checks, Form I-9s, and E-Verify.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
