We are now looking for an experienced and business-oriented HR Manager for our Engineering Services Business Area to play a key role in driving our people agenda across a growing international business area.

In this position, you will be a trusted partner to senior leaders, a member of the Engineering Services Leadership Team and the HR Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CHRO. You will lead HR through both strategy and execution—supporting operations across Germany, Netherlands, Spain and Italy, driving organizational development, attracting top engineering talent, and leading HR teams in Germany and the Netherlands.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you are an experienced HR leader with a strong business mindset and the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of an international organization. You combine strategic thinking with a hands‑on approach and are energized by working in a dynamic, technology‑driven environment. We believe you bring:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in senior HR roles within complex international and matrix organizations.
  • Broad HR expertise across the employee lifecycle combined with deep competence in one or more specialist areas, such as talent acquisition, organizational development, talent management, HR digitalization, or people analytics.
  • A strong track record of partnering with senior leaders and translating business needs into effective people strategies.
  • Experience leading geographically dispersed HR teams, providing strategic direction, coaching and support while fostering a positive and collaborative culture.
  • Solid experience recruiting and assessing highly skilled professionals, ideally in technical or engineering-related fields, including managing recruitment during periods of rapid growth and high hiring demand.
  • Strong knowledge of German labor law; experience supporting multiple European countries is an advantage.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to balance commercial priorities with people and organizational needs.
  • Professional proficiency in both German and English.
