Driver Recruiter

We’re looking for a top‑tier Driver Recruiter to deliver exceptional service to our operations by sourcing, attracting, and onboarding high‑quality independent contractor drivers across multiple markets. You will be an essential part of our daily operation and your work will directly impact our ability to deliver outstanding service.

• Sourcing Candidates:
  Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, industry forums, and local networking events to attract potential driver candidates.
• Screening and Interviewing:
  Conduct thorough interviews with applicants to assess qualifications, driving experience, and compatibility with the independent contractor model.
• Onboarding:
  Guide candidates through the onboarding process, ensuring all required documentation is completed, including background checks, driving records, and compliance with company standards.
• Building Relationships:
  Establish and maintain positive relationships with drivers to foster trust and loyalty, acting as a point of contact during the recruitment process.
• Promoting Company Culture:
  Effectively communicate the values, mission, and benefits of working with the logistics company as an independent contractor.
• Reporting:
  Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to the management team regarding hiring progress, challenges, and achievements.
• Compliance:
  Ensure all drivers meet legal and company‑specific driving requirements, including certifications, insurance, and vehicle condition standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in logistics, transportation, or a similar industry, preferred.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools, databases, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Problem‑solving skills with the ability to address candidate concerns and challenges.
