Talent Acquisition Intern

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the Global Talent Acquisition team in various aspects of the recruitment process. You will gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and engaging with potential candidates, while contributing to building a robust talent pipeline. This internship will provide valuable insights into the recruitment process and allow you to develop your skills in talent management.

Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open roles.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and talent acquisition specialist and hiring managers.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.

Assist in posting job advertisements on relevant platforms.

Help manage candidate communication, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Mandatory:
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with Linked In and other social media platforms is a plus.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

High attention to detail and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
