Sr Human Resources Generalist

Join us as a Sr Human Resources Generalist. Your main responsibilities include managing and supporting a wide range of human resources functions including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. They serve as a key point of contact for employees and management, provide guidance on HR best practices, assist in developing and implementing HR programs and initiatives, and contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of HR regulations, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

What you bring:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field - REQUIRED. Master's degree, MBA - PREFERRED.

Experience:

Progressive Human Resources experience, including substantial employee relations and generalist responsibilities - 3 to 5 years. Experience supporting operational, manufacturing, supply chain, service, or multi-site environments preferred - 3 to 5 years. Demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations and advising leaders on employee management issues - 3 to 5 years.
