What You'll Do As a Talent Acquisition Partner

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet talent needs in your assigned area.
Proactively source and maintain applicant pipelines using community partners, schools, networking, job boards, and social media.
Coordinate recruiting marketing efforts with hiring leaders and marketing teams.
Use recruiting tools and technology to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Manage requisition creation and hiring in the applicant tracking system with hiring manager input.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, including OFCCP and EEOC.
Network via phone, social media, and other sources to build candidate flow for current and future needs.
Source, prescreen, and assess candidates through r e9sum e9 reviews and interviews (virtual, phone, and in-person).
Communicate the company's value proposition, job responsibilities, compensation, benefits, and advancement opportunities to candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to assess candidate fit for behavioral and technical competencies.
Keep hiring managers updated on candidate status, hiring progress, timelines, and challenges.
Coordinate interview logistics and candidate engagement throughout the process.
Track and report recruitment metrics weekly.
Pursue ongoing professional development to stay current on recruiting best practices and industry trends.

Qualifications You'll Bring As a Talent Acquisition Partner

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
At least 2 years of high-volume recruiting in warehouse/logistics settings
Proven ability to build candidate pipelines via direct sourcing, networking, and social media
Strong written and verbal communication skills for sharing complex or new information
Friendly, effective communicator with hiring managers, candidates, and colleagues
Ability to provide a world-class candidate experience
Understanding of and ability to communicate business needs
Knowledge of hiring-related legislation (Title VII,…
