Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Salary: $60,000-$75,000
Location: Munroe Falls, Ohio

- Serve as a go-to HR partner for employees and managers, providing guidance on employee relations, policies, performance concerns, and workplace issues
- Manage HR compliance efforts and help ensure policies and practices remain aligned with federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Conduct and support employee relations investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective action processes
- Partner with leadership on performance management, workforce planning, succession planning, and employee development
- Support benefits administration, leaves of absence, accommodations, disability programs, and related employee questions
- Assist with compensation initiatives, job descriptions, HR reporting, and employee lifecycle processes
- Coordinate and facilitate training related to compliance, safety, harassment prevention, ethics, and leadership development
- Maintain HRIS data and utilize reporting and analytics to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong foundation in employee relations, compliance, benefits, and general HR operations
- Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience handling sensitive employee relations matters and workplace investigations
