Responsibilities
- Act as first and second level support for web-related systems (CIAM, CMS, Customer Portal, eCommerce, integrations).
- Analyze, prioritize, and resolve tickets and incidents in close collaboration with development, security, and infrastructure teams.
- Support internal business users worldwide with technical issues, access problems, and functional questions.
- Monitor system availability, performance, and security, and proactively identify potential issues.
- Coordinate incident, problem, and change management according to ITIL processes.
- Support user management, role and permission concepts, SSO, and authentication flows (CIAM).
- Assist in release deployments, smoke tests, and regression checks.
- Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
- Support root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement of platform stability and user experience.
- Work closely with global stakeholders across Europe, Asia, and the US.
