Role Overview: We are looking for a serious, dedicated developer who is ready to take full responsibility for the code they write. • Manage, maintain, and upgrade the Think Mile website (Next.js, Type Script)
• Develop and deploy AI agents for internal automation and student support
• Optimize website performance, SEO, and user experience
• Debug and resolve technical issues independently
• Collaborate with founders on technical strategy

• Strong problem-solving skills and coding fundamentals
• Experience with web development (any modern framework)
• Genuine interest in AI/LLMs (experience is a plus, not required)
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently
• Portfolio or Git Hub with real projects
• Proficiency in at least one programming language
• Understanding of web development basics
• Git Hub account with projects
