AI Learning Designer - EdTech (French fluent)
At Paradox we’re building a new category: an ecosystem that fuses neuroscience, design, AI, and behavioral transformation so that people don’t just consume knowledge, but rewire who they are. You’ll be designing experiences, not lessons, that feel alive, cinematic, and deeply human.
Responsibilities- Own the full learning system architecture, from design to execution.
- Design learning journeys, not just content, ensuring each word, exercise, and soundscape supports transformation.
- Script learning experiences that engage both heart and brain.
- Ensure every feature supports the evolution of the Paradox ecosystem: loops, PX agents, protocols, membership.
- Lead end‑to‑end course design, from strategy to final content delivery.
- Co‑craft and write new courses with experts, creating cinematic, science‑based learning journeys.
- Produce educational assets: modules, assessments, reflection prompts, supplementary materials.
- Conduct research (desk and user) to inform course goals, learner personas, and curriculum structure.
- Craft AI conversations and loops: write and optimize prompt chains, refine tone and flow, review conversations to improve agents.
- Analyze, measure, iterate for transformation and stickiness: define transformation KPIs, iterate courses using learner data, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Be obsessed with user problems: talk to users weekly, analyze patterns, identify where transformation breaks.
- Apply principles from habit formation, self‑determination theory, and behavioral triggers to drive daily practice and retention.
- 3–6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, coaching, or transformational education preferred).
- Shipped at least one major feature or product end‑to‑end, with measurable results.
- Comfortable with AI tools and Figma.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering digital learning experiences across a variety of asset types (video, written articles, assessments, interactive experiences, etc.).
- Portfolio of one or more cinematic / narrative‑rich courses or learning programs.
- Craft‑obsessed: a doer mentality, bias for outcomes, and a desire to be a beast in the field.
- Strong writing skills; editorial thinker with experience producing high‑quality content.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility: cares about how the course feels.
- User and impact obsessed: thinks in outcomes, not outputs.
- Critical thinker: turns vague problems into clear hypotheses, challenges assumptions, rebuilds grounded in data and insights.
- Digital and AI savvy: can build or learn to build AI agents.
- French: native speaker.
- English: fluent, able to hold detailed conversations with English‑speaking colleagues; written communication is in English.
To complete the recruitment process, each candidate must organize calls with his or her previous managers. If you are not comfortable with this, do not apply.
