Qualifications

  • Several years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the e-commerce, digital services or transformation consulting environment
  • Demonstrated success in winning new business and building long-term client relationships
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and problem-solving skills
  • A structured, reliable working style paired with a high level of motivation and drive
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Confident and persuasive communicator who builds trust quickly and engages effectively with senior decision-makers
  • Strong understanding of modern digital business models with the ability to identify opportunities in e-commerce and digital transformation environments
  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to manage a pipeline independently and work strategically toward clear goals
  • Proactive, self-motivated team player who enjoys taking initiative and contributing new ideas
Duties
  • Identify and engage potential clients across digitally oriented industries, including companies undergoing or expanding their digital transformation
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and qualification to proposal development, negotiation and closing
  • Develop tailored solutions based on each client’s operational goals, digital maturity and long-term vision
  • Build strong, lasting business relationships, maintaining regular communication and ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams - including presales, strategy and consulting - to deliver solutions that create measurable value
