Overview:
We are seeking a Help Desk Specialist to join a fast-paced support team that handles inbound maintenance calls from franchisees, store managers, and vendors. This is anon-technical role focused on documenting and routing incoming issues to the appropriate teams. If you have strong communication skills, are computer-savvy, and enjoy helping others, this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls related to facility maintenance issues
- Accurately document issues based on caller input
- Ask clarifying questions to ensure proper issue recording
- Route requests to the appropriate internal teams
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Comfortable using a computer; able to type at a decent speed
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confident and clear phone presence
- Detail-oriented with the ability to clarify and document incoming requests
