We are looking for an experienced Cortex XSOAR Consultant to support and enhance a Security Operations environment through advanced automation and orchestration. This role is focused on improving incident response efficiency, workflow automation, and tool integration within a SOC, with exposure to Cortex XDR and XSIAM where relevant.

The position is fully remote within Germany

• Design, implement, and optimise Palo Alto Networks Cortex XSOAR
• Develop and maintain automation playbooks to improve SOC efficiency and response times
• Integrate XSOAR with SIEM, XDR, EDR, and third-party security tools
• Configure alert ingestion, enrichment, correlation, and response workflows
• Support XDR and XSIAM-related use cases where required
• Build dashboards, reports, and operational views for SOC teams
• Troubleshoot platform, automation, and integration issues

• Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR
• Background in Security Operations, incident response, and SOC processes
• Experience integrating SOAR with SIEM, XDR, and third-party security tools
• Understanding of alert tuning, enrichment, and workflow optimisation
• Fluent German (spoken and written)
• Exposure to Cortex XSIAM and/or Cortex XDR
• Palo Alto Networks certifications (XSOAR, XSIAM, PCNSE)
• Cloud security experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
