Our client is building a fully AI-powered workplace coaching platform that redefines how humans learn, lead, and make decisions alongside machines.

At the core of the product are synthetic AI personas - emotionally aware, adaptive agents that listen, challenge, and respond in real time. Built on advances in generative AI, multimodal reasoning, and behavioural simulation, the platform sits at the intersection of AI research and real-world impact.

Following a successful pre-seed round, our client is on track to reach profitability by Q1 2026, with a further raise planned for Q3 to scale growth.

As a Founding Engineer
, you won’t just be shipping features - you’ll be shaping how AI systems think, respond, and interact with humans.

This is a hands-on role for engineers who enjoy operating close to first principles: designing systems where latency, cognition, behavioural logic, and user experience must align in milliseconds.

You’ll work directly with AI researchers and founders to translate cutting-edge ideas into production-grade systems - owning critical technical decisions from day one.

• Designing and building AI-native, end-to-end product features across frontend and backend (Type Script / Python)
• Product ionising LLM-powered agents, including:
• Retrieval-augmented memory, Contextual feedback loops, Behavioural and persona modelling
• Building latency-sensitive infrastructure that supports real-time, multi-turn dialogue
• Developing systems for prompt orchestration, streaming inference, token efficiency, and multi-agent coordination
• Setting early engineering standards and technical direction for a fast-growing team

• A product-minded engineer who enjoys ambiguity and ownership, preferrably someone who has contributed to the success of a start up
• Strong experience with Type Script & React (Next.js a plus) or Python
• Experience designing and consuming real-time APIs (REST, webhooks, streaming)
• Production experience with Mongo
  
  DB and Redis
• Comfort with Docker and modern development workflows
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, etc.)
• Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
