Responsibilities- Get a clear picture of how IT Ops works today (processes, interfaces, ownership) and where the biggest gaps are.
- Set up simple cross-team governance: intake, prioritisation, decision‑making, and clear ownership.
- Turn unclear topics into workable packages (scope, priority, owners, timeline) so teams can actually start.
- Align business, management, and IT Ops teams - moderate discussions, drive decisions, and manage expectations.
- Support planning and communication (exec updates, budget input, implementation plans) without taking over day‑to‑day operations.
- Several years of experience in operations/process work (Ops, internal consulting, process management, transformation) in a tech environment.
- You close ownership gaps by enabling Team Leads - without becoming the catch‑all for everything.
- You’re strong in structuring messy situations: you can prioritise, simplify, and move things forward even with limited clarity.
- Confident communicator and facilitator across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Nice to have: IT ways of working (Agile/Lean), Service Now/ITSM, and exposure to procurement/SAP topics.
In addition to our great team, culture, and our shared goal of empowering people with data, there are many other things that make Statista a great place to work! Join us and benefit from:
