Overview
JST is currently seeking an Information Security & ATO Specialist to support accreditation, authorization, and security compliance for mission-critical systems and training environments. This role is responsible for creating, coordinating, implementing, and maintaining Authority to Operate (ATO) documentation; supporting distributed mission operations accreditation activities; and developing security artifacts such as Systems Security Plans and Continuity of Operations documentation. The position also plans and implements information security and risk management documentation and procedures for training and readiness testbeds at both on-site and remote locations, assists with defining secure network architectures and operating procedures, and serves as the team lead for the creation, coordination, modification, and maintenance of DD Form 254s in support of classified contract requirements.

- Maintain highly sensitive security information
- Prepare accurate and complete reports that document processes, outcomes, and findings
- Provide basic security analysis and risk recommendations
- Develop resolutions based on analysis of security and/or counterintelligence data
- Master's degree in Info Systems Management or a Bachelor's degree in Info Technology.
- 5+ years of experience within a security or technical role
- Modeling & Simulations Systems experience
- Knowledgeable of distributed mission operations accreditation and security requirements, Authorities to Operate (ATOs), secure network architectures and requirements, and personnel processing via DD254 creation, modification and coordination
- CISSP certified
- Must possess an active Secret Clearance
