We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Cluster Lead to play a key role in the operational stability of the M365 ecosystem, with a strong focus on Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online (including One Drive for Business). This role requires solid technical expertise, close collaboration with senior platform specialists, and the ability to act as their primary operational backup.
You will manage daily platform operations, provide advanced support, ensure compliance, and contribute to continuous service improvement.
Required Skills & Experience- Proven hands‑on experience administering Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online/One Drive for Business
. - Strong understanding of Teams administration, including policy and configuration management.
- Experience with Teams Voice (PSTN, Direct Routing, Operator Connect, call queues) is highly beneficial; willingness to deepen expertise is expected.
- Solid SharePoint Online skills: site collections, permissions, search configuration.
- Proficiency in Power Shell for automation and reporting.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Teams–SharePoint integration.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM tools.
- Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is an advantage.
- Legacy certifications (e.g.,
MCSE Share Point ) are a strong plus.
