Location: Germany

As Divisional CRM Manager, you drive the implementation, adoption, and continuous advancement of global

CRM for our NPE division (Nutrition Plant Engineering) in alignment with divisional requirements and our long‑term strategy. You support NPE Key Users and the broader End User community by providing governance, training, and ongoing guidance to ensure effective utilization of global

CRM tools, including FSM, across the division.

A key part of your role is to facilitate communication between IT/CRM and the NPE business, ensuring that divisional needs are understood and represented within the global

CRM framework. You further support the rollout of new CRM functionalities and GEA requirements by coordinating training activities and leading UAT.

Furthermore, you will:

Align with GEA global

CRM framework:
Represent and champion NPE business needs within the GEA global

CRM framework and facilitating the rollout of new global

CRM functionalities and GEA requirements through training and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Governance, Communication and Training:
Develop and provide training material and governance guidelines. Provide governance on NPE level and enforce global

CRM business processes in line with governance.

Drive Adoption:
In alignment with GEA global

CRM framework requirements and NPE Divisional global

CRM Strategy, drive tool adoption by providing training, process guidance, facilitate IT Support and audit.

CRM Key User support: NPE onboarding, training and continuous support of NPE global

CRM Key Users to facilitate operational excellence in use of global

CRM incl. FSM. Lead the assigned key user communities for NPE.

Facilitating End-to-End view:
Integration of global

CRM into the process and tools landscape (e.g. Transform 360 and GEA Customer Portal)

In this role, you will need strong analytical capabilities and solid problem‑solving skills to drive results and ensure successful CRM initiatives across the division. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment where timelines can be tight, and you are comfortable balancing priorities while maintaining high quality standards.

You are also a skilled collaborator who can act as a central point of contact for stakeholders across functions and countries, ensuring alignment, knowledge sharing, and smooth implementation within a global, matrixed organization.

Finally, we imagine that you:

  • Have 3+ yrs proven experience in CRM management and implementation with in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience. This includes understanding the functionalities, customization, integration capabilities and experience in leading user acceptance testing and managing CRM requests.
  • Hold a degree in Business Administration, IT and/or Engineering or similar
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to convey information clearly, train users effectively, and collaborate with stakeholders at multiple levels.

Demonstrate strong prioritization, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.

  • Are proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Are willing to travel occasionally as part of the role.
