We are seeking a Data Analyst / Analytics Engineer to analyze complex datasets and build scalable data solutions that support enterprise decision-making. This role blends data analysis, AWS-based data engineering, visualization, and stakeholder collaboration in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, solid experience with AWS data services
, and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to deliver actionable business insights
- Develop and maintain data pipelines using AWS services such as S3, Redshift, and Lambda
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and business stakeholders to define data requirements
- Build and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to visualize key metrics
- Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Lead data-related project tasks and ensure timely, accurate delivery
- Follow data governance and best practices to ensure data quality and security
- Troubleshoot data issues and provide ongoing technical support
- AWS-based data pipelines and data platforms
- Dashboards and reporting for key operational and strategic metrics
- Cross-functional analytics initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a Data Analyst role
- Strong proficiency with AWS services (S3, Redshift, Lambda)
- Strong SQL skills and database management experience
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau and/or Power BI)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating across teams
- Experience with machine learning or AI tools
- Familiarity with Python or R
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
- 3+ years of Big 4 consulting experience (preferred)
- Stable work history within large enterprise organizations
