We are an established 26+ year old family-owned IT Support firm focused on the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
We are seeking an experienced, skilled information technology candidate to join our organization. In this position you will be responsible for supporting local companies with a wide variety of technology needs.
Needs include designing, installing, and maintaining Windows Servers, networking, Windows workstations (high end design workstations as well as typical office computers), software support, and much more.

A background in technology and computer science, with experience in maintaining and installing IT systems, is a must.
Information Technology Support SpecialistDuties and Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain network and data security, including firewalls, virus protection, and email security.
- Build and configure Windows-based servers, Active Directory, and small business networks.
- Provide technical support for Windows 11, Office 365, hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Perform and verify data backups, system updates, and network improvements.
- Install and configure network and wireless equipment.
- Evaluate and resolve connectivity, software, and hardware issues; recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to integrate technology and share technical knowledge.
- Experience is highly valued
- General Hardware knowledge is a must
- High school degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field preferred
- Industry certification (MCSE), CompTIA A+, or other related IT professional certification is preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an information technology role preferred
- Experience working with network and server management support, primarily Microsoft is a must
- Up-to-date knowledge of new systems, information, software, hardware, and upgrades. Curiosity is valued
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
