Social Media (Primary Focus - 70-80% of your time):
- Own social media strategy and execution from concept through publishing
- Create content (design + copy) for Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Linked In, and emerging platforms
- Manage daily engagement, including comment moderation and DM responses
- Conduct social listening to identify trends, opportunities, and potential brand risks
- Build and manage content calendars across multiple client accounts
- Track KPIs and optimize content based on performance insights
- Escalate sensitive issues in alignment with internal protocols
Digital Marketing (Growing Responsibility - 20-30% of your time):
- Support integrated campaigns across social, email, and digital channels
- Assist with website content updates and basic optimizations
- Develop digital assets and presentations for internal and client-facing initiatives
- Contribute to special projects that expand overall digital strategy
- Collaborate with external advertising agency partners to align social and digital initiatives
- Gradually expand into broader digital marketing initiatives, including email strategy, integrated campaigns, and other growth-focused projects as you develop in the role
- 2–5+ years of hands‑on social media experience (agency, brand‑side, or both)
- Experience in a CPG environment strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple brands or accounts simultaneously
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt to distinct brand voices
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating cross‑functionally
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into action
Skills:
- Demonstrated success creating social content that drives measurable engagement
- Community management experience
- Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Photoshop (portfolio required)
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and at least one scheduling platform
- Working knowledge of social analytics and reporting
- Basic email marketing experience
- Tik Tok and Instagram Reels expertise
- Experience with social listening tools (Meltwater, Sprinklr, Brandwatch)
- E‑commerce or Shopify familiarity
- Agency experience managing multiple brands
- Photography, videography, or crisis communication experience
