AI Discovery Specialist | Fairlawn, OH (Hybrid) | Contract | $45–$53.50/hr
Insight Global is seeking an AI Discovery Specialist to support a wealth management client from April–December
, with possible extensions. This position is hybrid/remote
, supporting business, strategy, and innovation teams to identify, translate, and shape AI‑enabled opportunities across the organization.
- 5+ years in business analysis, strategy, consulting, product discovery, or innovation
- Experience with AI, data science, analytics, or advanced tech initiatives
- Ability to turn ambiguous business problems into structured problem statements
- Proven experience building business cases, POCs, analyses, and exec‑ready presentations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills
- Wealth/asset management, banking, or financial services background
- Familiarity with ML, GenAI, NLP, or intelligent automation
- Consulting or internal strategy experience
- Experience in regulated environments
- Strong storytelling & data visualization
- Discover and reframe business problems
- Identify & assess AI opportunities
- Build business cases and POCs
- Deliver analysis, insights & executive materials
- Partner across governance, data, and business teams
