Position OverviewAnalyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain data pipelines using AWS services such as S3, Redshift, and Lambda.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (including developers, designers, and business stakeholders) to understand source data, data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Interpret data and present findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Lead data‑related project activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Follow Honda data governance and best practices to ensure data quality and security.
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to visualize key metrics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data‑related issues and provide technical support.
In this role, person will be responsible for conducting data analysis to support decision‑making processes within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven 3-5 years of experience in a Data Analyst role.
- Strong proficiency in AWS services (S3, Redshift, Lambda, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with database management.
- Ability to lead and manage tasks and activities effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
- Experience with machine learning and AI tools.
- Familiarity with Python, R, SQL, Tableau/Power
BI knowledge of statistical analysis techniques. - Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
