We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Executive with a proven track record of closing complex, high‑value SaaS deals in the cybersecurity or enterprise technology space. You will own strategic enterprise accounts, drive new logo acquisition, and lead competitive procurement processes — including managing RFPs end‑to‑end. This role requires strong executive presence, disciplined deal qualification, and the ability to orchestrate cross‑functional teams to bring large, complex opportunities over the finish line.
This is a high‑impact, quota‑carrying role with significant influence on revenue growth.
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Drive new logo acquisition and expansion within strategic accounts
- Build executive‑level relationships (CISO, CIO, CTO, VP Security, Procurement)
- Lead complex discovery conversations around security strategy, risk, and compliance
- Manage and lead RFP, RFQ, and RFI processes end‑to‑end
- Assess bid/no‑bid decisions
- Coordinate internal stakeholders (Sales Engineering, Product, Legal, Security, Finance)
- Develop compelling, differentiated responses
- Own timelines and submission quality
- Defend proposals during evaluation and negotiation stages
- Navigate structured enterprise procurement processes and security reviews
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and MSAs
- Develop multi‑threaded account strategies and multi‑year expansion plans
- Maintain disciplined forecasting and pipeline management in CRM
- Consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Provide market feedback to Product and Leadership teams
- 5–10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- 3+ years selling cybersecurity or enterprise security solutions
- Demonstrated success closing 6‑ and 7‑figure enterprise deals
- Proven experience leading and winning competitive RFP processes
- Strong understanding of structured procurement environments
- Experience managing 3–12+ month enterprise sales cycles
- Consistent history of exceeding quota
- Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and German language, another EU language would be a plus
- Experience selling cloud security, identity security, endpoint, SIEM, SOC tools, or Zero Trust architectures
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.)
- Experience in high‑growth or startup environments
