We are seeking experienced Sim Corp Dimension (SCD) Functional Consultants to support a large, multi‑year engagement with a global asset manager.

This role spans front, middle, and back-office processes and involves close collaboration with globally distributed teams, with core working hours aligned to Central European Time (CET).

Lead business-facing functional consulting across the investment lifecycle in Sim Corp Dimension. This includes requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, functional testing, and end‑user enablement, while ensuring compliance with enterprise governance and release processes.

• Conduct workshops with Portfolio Management, Trading, Compliance, Operations, and accounting teams to gather and refine business requirements
• Design and configure SCD modules including Asset/Order/Trade Manager, Compliance Manager, Performance Manager, Cash Management, Fund Accounting, Corporate Actions, Settlements, General Ledger
• Translate business requirements into SCD configurations, workflows, parameterization, and reporting (including UDKR and regulatory pools such as ECB/AWV)
• Support valuation topics and daily quality checks for key ratios. Lead UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and sign‑off
• Ensure operational readiness through SOPs, control checklists, regression packs, and knowledge transfer
• Work closely with technical and integration teams to align data, interfaces, and controls with upstream/downstream systems
• Contribute to upgrades, version management, and change control activities

• 5+ years of hands‑on SCD functional experience across FO/MO/BO, with strong expertise in at least two areas:
  Order/Trade Management, Compliance, Performance, Fund Accounting, Corporate Actions, Cash Management, Settlements.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, NAV/fund valuation, pricing, reconciliation, and financial instruments (including derivatives/structured products)
• Proven experience creating BRD/FRD, test scenarios, traceability matrices, and training content, with demonstrated UAT leadership
• Exposure to Crystal Reports/UDKR, KPI frameworks, and governance/audit requirements in large enterprise environments
• Excellent stakeholder communication and fluent in English and German language
• Comfortable working with CET-based stakeholders across distributed global teams

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines
• Sim Corp certifications or capital markets credentials (e.g., CFA/FRM modules) are preferred

• Hybrid model with CET overlap
• Onsite presence required for key workshops, UAT cycles, hypercare, and governance checkpoints
